Achieve your goals by developing new skills and making new habits this semester.  Here are some of the ways Libraries and Learning Services can help.

  • Learn how to book a PC, borrow a laptop or save files to access from home – book for a Uni IT Essentials workshop or take a look at the IT Essentials web pages.
  • Take better notes in class – work through the online Note-taking resource at your own pace or book for a note-taking workshop.
  • Manage all the readings for your courses more efficiently – book for a Reading effectively workshop or try the Reading effectively resource.
  • Increase your confidence speaking Englishvisit ELE to learn about their resources and language learning groups.
  • Find information to help with assignments – check out the subject guides or contact your Subject Librarian.

    Hi there,
    I’m not a student from University of auckland. But i really need to use resources from university of auckland’s library . So is there any way to use library facilities for outside student. I can pay for like membership fees or any charges for using resources.

      Hi Nirmit,

      If you are not a current student or staff member at the University of Auckland you can apply to become an Associate Member. You can find more information, including fees, on the Associate Membership web pages.
