Participants at ResBaz 2018

University of Auckland researchers are invited to apply for ResBaz Auckland 2019, Wednesday 10 July-Friday 12 July.

What is Research Bazaar (ResBaz)?
ResBaz is a worldwide festival promoting digital literacy at the heart of modern research.

In the spirit of a marketplace or bazaar, ResBaz is highly participatory. In this free three-day event researchers across disciplines come together to learn, share knowledge and skills, and have fun!

Who can attend?
Researchers at all levels from all disciplines.  PhD and research masters students are especially encouraged to apply.

What’s on the programme?

Each day two key stories are presented and participants select three to four workshops from up to four parallel streams. Session highlights:

  • Communicating your research in the media
  • Tips and tricks for staying up to date with literature
  • What tools should I use in my bioinformatics research?
  • Qualitative data analysis (NVivo)
