Question:What if I need to access the physical copy of the book (as it’s not available in the library online collection) What can I do?
Kia ora Janus, submit a request through our ‘Ask us’ form with the details of the book that you need, and we’ll see if we can find a digital copy for you: https://www.forms.auckland.ac.nz/en/public/library/ask-us.html
Kia ora, I presume the request function for physical books on the website was deactivated due to Covid level 4 restrictions. Does this change under level 3, can we click and collect books? If so, can you please advise how this can be done?
I also have books to return.
Kia ora Kingsley, we will be offering a click and collect service from Monday 4 May. We’re still working out the details about collecting and returning books and full details will be posted here when they are available: https://www.news.library.auckland.ac.nz/2020/04/24/click-and-collect-is-coming/
Hi there,
Are you able to put up a post about library access/services at Level 2?
Planning ahead for next week.
Cheers
